Ree Park Safari is a safari park in one of Denmark’s most beautiful and picturesque landscapes in Eastern Jutland, covering more than 300 acres.

Under different names and with different themes, the park has been in existence since the early 2000s, but with its current focus, Ree Park Safari has 10 years of history. During that time the scope and level of ambition for the park has grown and expanded, and its ability to contribute to the protection of endangered species and communities has grown significantly. The park now has more than 200,000 visitors every year, who get to experience a large number of fascinating species such as lions, rhinos, cheetahs, black bears, arctic wolves, bison and mountain bongo antelopes, which are critically endangered in the wild.

The park is open most of the year and also offers over night stays in cottages with great views of the animals. The park collaborates closely with our activities in Kenya as well as with a long list of international partners to contribute as efficiently as possible to breeding programs and other initiatives to strengthen and support endangered species and ecosystems in the wild.
